Diane teaches self hypnosis which has a really powerful affect with managing stress. Twenty minutes in hypnosis is the equivalent to 2 hours sleep. When we use hypnosis we are allowing the mind and body to "slow down" and "re-build" energies also strengthening the mind and re-teaching it to focus, amongst lots of other positive affects on the body which include feel good chemicals being released from the mind.
